At MakeCustomGifts we strive to make every piece of personalized apparel as precious as the moment it commemorates. If your item arrives damaged or incorrectly designed, please contact us immediately and we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction. Please contact Customer Service by submitting a ticket on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our customized items. This applies to any and all items that can be engraved, altered, custom designed, customized with a photo, design, drawing, image, logo, etc.
Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect when delivered are eligible for identical replacement of goods.
- There will be no charge for re-shipping of defective, damaged, incorrect orders and customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs, including returns. (Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.)
Although we begin the process of producing your personalized items as soon as you submit an order, we will respect your wish to cancel and will assist with your cancellation. In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has been finish printing, there will be a cancellation fee for 50% of the purchase price, not including shipping.
MakeCustomGifts reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
